Today, beautiful tattoos on the body of a woman are not only an ornament, but also an original method of self-expression. It was not always so. Since the re-creation of this art, the attitude towards the weaker sex with tattoos has changed significantly.
For a long time to the women with tattoos, the public was negative, such women were strongly condemned. Seeing a woman with an artistic beautiful tattoo, the public ranked her as an antisocial stratum of society, and from the guardians of morals, the woman received reprimand. Over the past 10 years, stereotypes associated with tattoos have been greatly weakened, and the art of tattooing has reached a new level. Perhaps this explains why in the streets there were many women with tattoos, although more recently it was almost impossible. Such a prevalence of tattoos among women was facilitated by the stars of show business.
A number of well-known models, singers and actresses demonstrate their tattoos to the public, and at times and in detail talk about the meaning of tattoos. It is this frankness of famous ladies that has destroyed the stereotyped idea of women with tattoos in general, as well as the reasons why the beautiful half of humanity seeks to decorate themselves with tattoos. Most often on a female body, beautiful tattoos are perceived as a decoration.
How men treat tattoos in women
Lovers of "eternal adornment" should know how men feel about such ornaments in women. According to surveys among men, unfortunately, there are a lot of those who have the following opinion about a woman with a tattoo:
- she was in places not so remote;
- she is a representative of the ancient profession;
- she is a lover of same-sex love.
Unfortunately, such an association at the sight of the tattoo of a woman for a long time will exist in the minds of both men and some women. Men think that while a woman is young you can "tolerate" a tattoo, but in an adult woman it looks ridiculous. In addition, among men there is a concept - "tattoo to the face." The tattoo is not "to the face" looks bad. This refers to the style of a woman - how she behaves, what she has social status, that is, the tattoo should harmoniously "match" with the essence of the girl.
Regarding tattoo in women among men there are three opinions.
- Positively, however, "it is better to refuse." Men who have a positive attitude toward tattoos in women are very few. Here, a positive opinion is influenced by sexual overtones. It is worth noting that men with this opinion usually think about women's tattoos is not entirely unambiguous, for example, if it concerns "women in general", it can be positive, and if it is a question of "their beloved", then the opinion can change. This behavior is explained by the fact that the image on the female body attracts a lot of attention, including from the opposite sex. Relevant and beautiful tattoo on a familiar (or even unfamiliar) girl excites the imagination of a man, thus causing a lot of praise. It is problematic for a married woman to discuss with her spouse the likelihood of a tattoo on her body.
- Place and size matters. When men were asked if they liked tattoos on a woman's body, many answered: depending on where it is located and what size. Many men like barely noticeable tattoos, that is small, so it's better to refuse big tattoos. As for the location of the tattoo, men think that the most successful places are the collarbone, ankle, waist, scapula, buttock, neck. But on a woman's shoulder a large tattoo looks unfeminine. It is worth noting and the fact that men (though not all) do not like it if there are more than two tattoos on the body of a woman.
- The main thing is that a person should be good. This opinion is formed in men who are absolutely indifferent to tattoos on a woman's body. For such men, a tattoo is neither a sexual adornment, nor a stigma, nor a method of expression; however, if the tattoo is made poorly and / or in an unsuccessful place, it can even make a phlegmatic. For such men in the foreground is the girl herself - her character, her behavior, and only then the tattoo.
