All this helps to fight harmful substances in the blood, gives vitality to the cells in order for them to perform their functions better.

According to the dietician, drinking orange juice is recommended simply to maintain a good state of health and active life. As for the diseases that use orange juice, Salina named such ailments as rheumatism, insomnia, palpitation, stones in the biliary tract, intoxication, hemorrhoids, poor appetite, obesity and many others, with the exception of ulcers and gastritis.
The juice must be prepared immediately before it is consumed, so that the citrus fruit does not lose its healing properties.
