- of pasta - 350 Grams
- red paprika - 2 pieces

- chicken broth - 3/4 Glass
- cheese "Parmesan" - 3/4 Glass

1. In a large saucepan, boil water and salt it. Cook boiling water pasta for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked, depending on the type of flour from which your pasta is made. Drain all the water. 2. While macaroni are cooking, heat a small frying pan and pass the cut paprika, finely chopped garlic and cayenne pepper over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. 3. Pour into the dressing sour cream and broth, boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, pour into a hot mass of Parmesan and mix thoroughly. On the plates with pasta, add the resulting sauce on top and immediately serve the fettuccine on the table.
