The real estate of Jeanne Friske can be arrested

After December 15, when it was six months since the death of Jeanne Friske, her parents and son Plato have entered the rights of inheritance. By prior arrangement, the singer's parents will have her Moscow apartment, and the son will inherit her part in the country house, which is completed by Dmitry Shepelev.

However, it may be that the third legitimate heirs will be added to the fourth, who will have to give up almost half of everything. Yesterday, the charitable organization "Rusfond", which was collecting money for the treatment of the singer, sent a message to the parents of Jeanne and her civil husband, representing Plato's interests. According to the document, Zhanna's relatives are obliged to account for spending the rest of the money collected for the treatment of the singer and translated by Rusfond into her account on October 19, 2014. The organization has set a deadline for the report - three weeks from the receipt of the notification.

Then to the account of the star was transferred 25 011 790 rubles, of which accounted for only 4 120 959 rubles. In case the reports are not submitted, Rusfond sent the application to the notary to be included in the Jeanne Friske inheritance section. In the opinion of independent experts, if Rusfond does not wait for the report, the singer's property can be arrested in court until all circumstances are clarified.
