The course and development of the disease directly depends on how quickly the cartilage structures that provide mobility and flexibility of the spine are destroyed. Osteochondrosis can be interpreted as a process of "wear and tear" and aging of the spine. With age, the risk of developing this disease increases.

Clinically, osteochondrosis manifests itself in neurological and static disorders. The elastic body, which is in the center of the intervertebral disc, is destroyed. This leads to the formation of hernias.

In order to avoid exacerbations of osteochondrosis, as well as for prevention, the load on the spine should be reduced. Simple rules will help to do this:

1. Always try to keep your back straight.
