Ingredients:- Turkey fillet 700g
- Pepper black ground 0.3 tsp.
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 6 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Onion white 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Canned tomatoes 400 ml
- Steamed steak 260 g
- Water boiled 600 ml
- Step 1 To prepare turkey meatballs we need turkey fillet, raw rice, white onion (or onion), chicken egg, carrots, sunflower oil, tomato can in its own juice (or simply tomato sauce / juice / diluted tomato paste), salt, black ground pepper, boiled water.
- Step 2 We pass through the middle net of meat grinder turkey fillet and white onion.
- Step 3 We stuff the egg into the stuffing, sprinkle the raw rice, add salt (about 1.25 tea) and black ground pepper.
- Step 4 Mix the stuffing.
- Step 5 We form medium sized round meatballs from the received minced meat. In total, I got 16 meatballs.
- Step 6 Carrots and onions are cleaned, carrots rubbed on a small grater, chop the onions.
- Step 7 Fry onions and carrots on sunflower refined oil, add the cut tomatoes in the pan together with the tomato juice in which they were.
- Step 8 Lightly fry, add boiled hot water, salt and mix. Bring the sauce to a boil and remove the frying pan from the stove.
- Step 9 Put the meatballs in a roasting dish. Spread it out so that between the meatballs there is enough space, since during cooking they increase sufficiently in size.
- Step 10 Fill the meatballs with tomato sauce - it should completely cover them.
- Step 11 Cover the form with foil and put in the oven preheated to 190-200 ° C. We bake for 1 hour.
- Step 12 Finished meatballs, as I said, greatly increase in size due to cooked rice, but the sauce is almost completely absorbed. We serve the table in a hot form, with a side dish or vegetable salad to your liking.
