- softened butter - 1/2 cup
- chocolate, large-sliced - 120 grams
- sugar - 11/2 Glass
- instant coffee espresso - 1 st. a spoon
- vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
- big eggs - 4 pieces
- flour - 1 cup
- Ground cinnamon - 3/4 Teaspoons
- ground nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- Chocolate chips - 3/4 Cups
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Lubricate with a square baking dish. In a bowl, mix the butter and chocolate, put in a pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally until the chocolate completely melts. Allow to cool slightly. Beat up sugar, espresso powder, vanilla and eggs. Add to the chocolate. In a small bowl, whip together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add to the chocolate mixture and mix. Add chocolate chips. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. A toothpick (knife) inserted in the dough should be slightly moist. Allow to cool completely. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
