From what and how much the dish is filled, depends on the appearance and well-being. Defensive abilities of the body are determined by the state of immune cells. That they were in good shape and performed their mission well, they need to be supported with vitamins, microelements and nutritious nutrients. Their main source is our food.

But not all of it is useful for immunity. Sugar and sweets, fatty foods, convenience foods and fast food are depressing the work of immune cells. Otherwise, fruits, vegetables and cereals (provided with vitamins, minerals and fiber), meat, poultry and fish (source of protein and amino acids), vegetable oils and nuts (contain useful fats) act differently. A special role in this list is given to yoghurts and other useful dairy products.

Yoghurts and other healthy dairy products are the only sources of lactic acid and bifidobacteria that support the normal intestinal microflora, stimulate the immune system, improve digestion and assimilate nutrients. Inadequate nutrition in conjunction with stress, on the contrary, causes a change in the composition of the intestinal microflora-the amount of pathogenic microflora increases. So the absorption of nutrients deteriorates and the defense against viruses decreases. Dairy products eliminate this imbalance and maintain an optimal ratio of intestinal microflora. It is especially important to use yoghurts and other healthy dairy products for children whose immune system is just being formed. Milk and dairy products are the main food of man in the first years of life.

Handmade yogurt

It would seem that it is easy to provide yourself with useful bacteria - chose yogurt with a favorite taste, ate - and order. Indeed, now on the shelves crowded bright bottles with a variety of yoghurts and other useful dairy products, kefir drinks. But among them is not so easy to find a truly valuable product for health.

Dairy products and bifidobacteria are living organisms that require certain conditions for their existence. They are rather capricious - they do not tolerate the neighborhood with sugar and starch - the indispensable components of most curd desserts, sweet yoghurts. Therefore, milk delicacies "with the taste of guava" can become a variant of a sweet snack, but health will not help. In addition, like any living organism, lactic acid bacteria have their life span. Quite short - up to 14 days. Therefore, in products with a three-month shelf life, they simply can not. Even more difficult with dairy products for babies - the Ukrainian market of children's fermented milk products does not cover their needs.

Where, then, to find these necessary bacteria? The answer is this: if you want something to be done well, do it yourself. Therefore, yogurts and yogurt should be cooked at home. For the baby's feeding, this approach is an ideal option. You will know exactly when, under what conditions and from what the dinner for the little girl is prepared. Moreover, there is nothing complicated in this: you can buy a special yogurt, the necessary leaven (for example, bifivit, vitalakt). But the main thing remains the main thing - milk. To make homemade yogurt tasty and useful, it is important to use milk that has been tested for safety. Not all "white food", located on the shelves of shops and markets, meets these requirements.

Do not boil

The specialists checked milk, yoghurts and other useful dairy products for mothers, which mothers use most often for feeding babies (several samples of home, purchased in the market, pasteurized in "film", ultra-pasteurized milk in cardboard aseptic packaging) and cooked on their basis bifivitis. It turned out that all samples of pasteurized and bazaar milk contain very dangerous bacteria and it is not possible to boil such milk, because all the useful substances will be evaporated. But along with bacteria, a significant part of useful substances is destroyed - calcium, protein, vitamins. Foods fermented with boiled milk have an empty taste and an unintended odor. This milk does not need to be boiled before use, because it is absolutely safe.

For the preparation of fermented milk products for children under three years, it is important to use only baby milk in a cardboard aseptic package. This confirms the practice: bifivitis, cooked on such milk, has a pleasant homogeneous consistency and lower acidity, optimal for babies. It is for this reason that in all developed countries only aseptic packaging is used for children's dairy and fermented milk products, since only it can guarantee safety.
