- almonds - 100 Grams
- powdered sugar - 150 Grams
- essence of vanilla - 2 Drops
- For cream: butter - 200 grams
- walnut paste - 200 grams
- Raspberries - 50 Grams
Whisk the proteins with sugar until the foam forms, after which carefully add almonds, vanilla essence and powdered sugar. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together. The dough is put in a confectioner's bag and is set on parchment. Cookies should be baked in the oven until cooked at a temperature of about 100 degrees. The finished product is slightly cooled and removed from the parchment. To make the cream you need to beat the pasta with raspberries and butter. It will serve as a layer between the two halves of the cookie. When serving, it is laid out on a dish with a paper napkin and sprinkled on top with powdered sugar.
