Egg whites are beaten until a lush foam is formed, after which lemon juice and sugar are added to them. Gently put salt, lemon juice and yolks, and the resulting mass poured onto a hot pan, on which boils the butter. Omelets should be baked under the lid for 10 minutes, then lay them on a plate. Berries are thoroughly washed, reclined on a sieve. In the frying pan the remaining oil with sugar is heated. Add berries, which must be put on an omelet, as soon as they warm up. Cover them with the second half of the omelette and serve. Bon Appetit!
