Egg proteins must be cooled and beaten with sugar until a uniform foam. The last portion of sugar is added to the finished mixture along with the juice and nuts, after which everything is thoroughly mixed. Proteins are transferred to a special confectioner's bag with a narrow nozzle, and the contents are squeezed out onto a baking sheet coated with parchment paper. Circles are made on 3-4 centimeters, and then on the edges strips are made, turning circles into baskets. Then the baking tray is put in the oven, heated to 120 degrees, and baked for 20-30 minutes, avoiding browning. Then you need to open the oven door, letting the meringues cool completely and dry. To make a cream, whip butter with powder, pour the chocolate. When the mass gets a lush state, mix the cream and mashed pre-berries. Finished baskets fill with the resulting cream and shake with white chocolate chips.
