It's great if you and your children are adherents of dairy products. However, many children are weaned from milk by kindergarten foams and unsweetened lean yogurt. Our baby is a sweetheart and also does not really indulge in milk. And we at home make a very tasty milkshake, and he slowly changes his mind. In any case, milkshakes are going with a bang! Sweet dairy fantasies are truly inexhaustible.

However, you can not cross the other side here. All is well - that in moderation. Increased sugar content in dairy products reduces their usefulness for the body. Unfortunately, you can not do without sugar when preparing milk desserts. But I would like to try to reduce its content to a minimum. When we have to make a choice between chips and chewing sweets, milk desserts seem to us the best choice. And we are right in something, offering sweet sweets instead of sweets or crackers with flavorings: glazed curds, milk desserts in bright jars, sweet milk, a delicious milk shake with useful additives.

Of course, it's easier to just go to the store and buy a dairy dessert of industrial production. If you want to pamper yourself, then no one will forbid you. If you are going to treat your child, pay attention to the list of ingredients, armed with knowledge and healthy skepticism. You can go to a cafe and treat yourself to a brand milkshake, cream, curd cake. But there is another option: to make masterpieces and just delicious "milks" at home. Yes, I have to tinker! But you can use dairy products, which are minimal different from natural ones. And most importantly - to eat them fresh, immediately after cooking. In addition, while treating the baby, you can bring the sweet dairy product closer to its specific needs.

Cooking dairy desserts in a fast way

Depending on the need, select the fat content of the product (milk, cottage cheese, kefir, sour cream). Independently determine the amount of sugar used. For children, the dose should be minimal - why should you accustom yourself to the sweetened foods? Measure - one of the most important signs of taste, including gastronomy. If you use jam or honey, sugar should be excluded.

Milk. You can always make cocoa from milk. You can use the finished mixture. Or cook yourself, adding the necessary ingredients (cocoa, sugar), stirring well and heating on fire. Cheese curds, sweet masses and pastas. Another compromise on the path to a healthy lifestyle. Cheeses and weights are a mixture of cottage cheese, cream, sometimes butter, and sugar. They are offered to the child as a dessert, deep down hoping that at the same time they bring benefit to the body. It all depends on the proportion of the above components.
