Just remember the method of mixing dry and liquid ingredients, quickly knead the dough and enjoy the taste of muffins, while still warming the sun and the beauty of autumn colors!
Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 350 g
- Sugar 220 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp.
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Kefir 50 ml
- Milk 100 ml
- Refined Sunflower Oil 120 ml
- Apple 3 pcs.
- Flour, wheat 50 g
- Sugar 50g
- Butter 50 g
- Walnut 50 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 First we'll prepare the scraper. You will need: flour, sugar, butter, salt, walnuts.
- Step 2 Wrap the walnuts in a blender.
- Step 3 Mix the flour, sugar, butter, ground walnuts, add a pinch of salt. Rub everything with your hands (or you can use a pulsating mode in a food processor).
- Step 4 In the end, you should get a baby. If you want a little crumb, add 10-15 grams of butter.
- Step 5 For muffins, take: flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs, milk, kefir (can be replaced with neutral yogurt), vegetable oil, 2-3 medium-sized apples.
- Step 6 Now mix the dry and liquid ingredients separately from each other.
- Step 7 Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon thoroughly.
- Step 8 In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, kefir, vegetable oil.
- Step 9 Add the liquid to the dry part and mix.
- Step 10 Do not overdo it. The dough should get a little clumpy. Remember, our goal is muffins, and they do not like long blending.
- Step 11 Peel the apples off the skins and cut them into slices.
- Step 12 Add to the dough and mix.
- Step 13 Lubricate the molds for muffins with butter and sprinkle with flour. If you have miracle paper forms, then you are luckier. Spread the dough into molds.
- Step 14 Top with sprinkel.
- Step 15 Bake in preheated to 180 oven for 25-30 minutes.
