Ingredients:- Water boiled 300 ml
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Salt 2 pinch
- Wheat Flour 600 g
- Sunflower refined oil 150 ml
- Salt 0.3 tsp.
- Garlic 1 clove
- White onion 2 pcs.
- Kefir 2 sl. l.
- Pork forcemeat 500 g
- Pepper black ground 0.3 tsp.
- Step 1 For the preparation of dumplings using this recipe, take the following products: pork mince, white onion (or onion), garlic, kefir, flour, sunflower refined oil, boiling water, salt, black pepper, fresh dill.
- Step 2 Pork mince is combined with yogurt, chopped onions and garlic, salt, black pepper ground.
- Step 3 Mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Step 4 Now prepare the dough. Freshly poured water poured into a bowl, pour oil into it and add salt.
- Step 5 Now sprinkle 400 grams of flour.
- Step 6 Mix the dough with a spoon, sprinkle the chopped dill.
- Step 7 Mix again, pouring in another 100 grams of flour. Spread the dough on the work surface.
- Step 8 Slightly knead the dough already on the working surface, pouring another 100 grams of flour and forming a ball.
- Step 9 Cut the dough into small pieces.
- Step 10 With fingers, knead the pieces of dough, lay out 1-1.5 tsp. forcemeat.
- Step 11 We protect the pelmen in the form of a semicircle.
- Step 12 Fasten the ends.
- Step 13 In total out of this number of ingredients I got 65 pel'menis.
- Step 14 Boil the dumplings in small batches in salted boiling water until cooked. Dumplings are cooked quickly! If necessary, the frozen dumplings are frozen, and before cooking we give them 2 minutes to lie down at room temperature. We serve pelmeni with butter or sour cream.
