Those who pamper themselves and their families not too often, moreover, prepare all sorts of delicacies with their own hands, there is nothing to fear. In the end, after two or three fragrant, hot, airy patties, you can walk an hour outdoors, play with the children in a ball or ride a bicycle - and no fat deposits do not threaten you. And pies with potatoes, and even fried, with a crispy ruddy crust - it's such a pleasure, such warm memories of childhood and holidays spent in the village with my grandmother, that it's simply impossible to abandon them. - Step 11 Lubricate the working surface with a little vegetable oil. Then from the dough to form billets for pies (if the dough turned liquid and it does not get to divide, you can add more flour to the desired consistency).
- Step 12 In the center of each workpiece, put the filling and tightly fix the edges, and then form the patty.
- Step 13 It turns out about 20 pieces, cooked pies to let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
- Step 14 Pour the vegetable oil in a pan 1-1.5 cm into the frying pan and warm it up. Fry the patties over medium heat from two sides to a ruddy color (it's important not to rush to make cakes well baked).
- Step 15 Lay out the patties first on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
