Apple pie with walnuts and nuts The cake is made juicy by the slices of apples and flavored with honey. Poppy, as well as an abundance of walnuts make their interesting note. A special nuance is attached to the "pickling" of apples (Semerenko took) in lemon juice together with lemon zest. Therefore, I strongly recommend that you do not skip this step.
Ingredients:- Honey 60g
- Wheat Flour 200 g
- Poppy 10 g
- Baking Powder 3g
- Soda 3 g
- Walnut 90 g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Sugar 150g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Apple 250g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare the main products: butter, flour, nuts, apples, eggs, sugar, honey, poppy, lemon.
- Step 2 Rinse lemon, peel it with a grater. Squeeze out the juice and combine it with the zest.
- Step 3 Wash the apples, cut into 4 pieces. Cut the skin and remove the core. Pulp cut into slices of medium size and place in a bowl with lemon. Mix.
- Step 4 Fry the nuts a little on a dry frying pan. Cool and not very shallow.
- Mix the eggs together with sugar.
