- Eggs - 2 Pieces (yolks)
- Vegetable oil - 150 Milliliters
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon (without top)
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon (without top)
- Lemon juice - 1 st. spoon (or 9% vinegar 1 teaspoon and 1 teaspoon water)
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon (without top)
- Garlic - 2-3 teeth (to taste)
- Basil - 2-3 pieces (fresh leaf)
In the dishes, in which we will whisk mayonnaise, put yolks, lemon juice, mustard, salt and sugar. Beat the mixer until the salt and sugar dissolve completely. Add small portions of vegetable oil and whisk. We clean the garlic and squeeze it through the crush. We mix it with mayonnaise. Finely cut the basil leaves and stir the ready-made mayonnaise.
