Pour the flour into a frying pan and fry until golden brown, stirring constantly. Wash the mushrooms, peel off the top peel, grind with a grater or knife. Lemon wash, squeeze out the juice from it. It will take approximately 3 tablespoons of juice. In a frying pan, melt the butter, add chopped mushrooms. Stew on medium heat for 5 minutes, not letting the mushrooms be toasted. After 5 minutes, pour the lemon juice, mix. Add the pasty flour and mix well again. Add broth, salt. Stew for 10 minutes. The sauce is ready. Transfer it to the saucepan and allow to cool to room temperature. Can be served to the table. Bon Appetit!
