Aromatherapy or treatment with aromatic oils

Previously, I was a supporter of only a medicamental and conventional method of treatment - tablets, ointments, physiotherapy, etc. That is all that can be touched, touched and explained scientifically. After getting into a serious car accident, I got multiple bruises, bilateral concussion. And most importantly - I had a disfigured left half of the face. At a young age, and especially when working with people, a normal appearance was necessary. After the doctors removed the seams, the face was pulled together by terrible scarring on the cheek and under the eyebrow. And if you remember about the daily wild headaches - a sad picture.
One friend recommended me to try to start aromatherapy or treatment with aromatic oils. I was pretty skeptical about the idea, but in my case there was nothing to lose. Treatment has begun. Of course, the next morning I did not see a beautiful beauty in the mirror. Aromatherapy was a long process and requiring strict stringency: one oil was followed by another, then the next. And so every day, three times in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening, six months in a row. After passing the course of treatment with oils, the seams became almost invisible, and so tired big sunglasses were not needed.
In addition, with other aromatic oils I took off a constant headache using aromatic lamps. The result was achieved: the mood improved, nerves calmed down, the headache subsided. Aromatherapy or treatment with aromatic oils really helped me.

Since ancient times
Of course, people have not just discovered the healing effect of aromatic oils. Ancient China was one of the first to use aromatic oils: they smoked incense to create harmony in the premises. The Egyptians also invented a special machine with which to extract cedar oil, and doctors of that time believed that baths and massages with added aromatic oils are very useful. Up to our time, a document has come that confirms that Hippocrates fumigated the aromatic oils of Athena in order to save the city from the plague. So what is aromatherapy or treatment with aromatic oils? It is a medical science that studies the influence of odors on a person, helping with smells to heal our soul and body. There are a lot of smells in the world, and each of them has its own impact and individuality. Some excite, others, on the contrary, soothe.

Aromatic oils relieve irritation on the skin, disinfect, strengthen the immune system and much, much more. Oils can be used not only in aroma lamps or on the surface of the skin, but also oils can be consumed inside, of course, accurately following the instructions and necessarily consulting with a doctor.
