Ingredients:

• Bananas 3 pieces.
• Milk powder 100 g
• Cream 100 ml
• Sugar 90g
• Water 1 tbsp. l.
• Sugar vanilla 4 g
• Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
• Butter 70 g

Instructions

• Step 1 To make a dessert, you need to take bananas, butter, cream 30%, milk powder, vanilla sugar, cocoa and water.
• Step 2 Bananas washed, cleaned, mashed.
• Step 3 Add water, sugar and butter to the pan. Put the pan on a slow fire. Boil until the sugar has melted.
• Step 4 Cream warm.
• Step 5 In the oil-sugar mixture add hot cream. Mix. Boil. Cool slightly.
• Step 6 Add the parts of milk powder, whisking, so that there are no lumps.
• Step 7 Beat the mass with a blender, add the banana puree. Continue to beat.
• Step 8 Add the cocoa powder. Mix.
• Step 9 Put the mass in the tray. Cover tightly with a film. Cool in a refrigerator for a couple of hours. The ready-made cream is used for filling cakes, cakes and toast.
