Bananas need to be ripe, they contain less starch. 50 ml of orange juice is juice from one small or half large fruit. The amount of sugar can be increased based on personal preferences.
Ingredients:- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Orange 1 pc.
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Chocolate black 100 g
- Sugar vanilla 2 g
- Step 1 Prepare fruit, sugar, chocolate.
- Step 2 Peel the bananas, put them in a saucepan and knead them with a fork. Add sugar, vanilla sugar. Mix.
- Step 3 Pour orange juice. Mix.
- Step 4 Bring to a boil, boil for 3-5 minutes. Add broken chocolate. Mix. When the mass becomes uniform to remove from the fire.
- Step 5 Heat the warm paste to a smoother and more homogeneous structure with a submerged blender.
