- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Flour - 200 Grams
- Baking Powder - 2 Teaspoons
- Butter - 100 Grams
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 120 Grams
- Vanilla essence - 1 Art. a spoon
- Natural yoghurt - 3 Art. spoons
- Raisins - 125 Grams
Bananas are cleaned and with a fork, grind to a consistency of mashed potatoes. Oils, eggs and sugar whisk until smooth. Add vanilla essence to the egg-and-oil mixture, mix well. Add yogurt and banana puree. Mix to homogeneity. In the resulting mass sift flour and baking powder. Knead the batter. Add raisins to the dough, mix. Form for baking grease with butter or, better, cover with baking paper. Pour out our dough for the cake. Bake until ready - about 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Cupcake is ready! It remains beautiful to cut and serve to the table. Pleasant! :)
