I would like to say that a healthy way of life is not an innovation, but a result of various exercises. More than 5 thousand years ago, in ancient India the science of Right Life originated, taking as a basis all natural methods of treatment (they are very popular among the modern population): homeopathy, herbal medicine, aromatherapy. The name of this science is Ayurveda. The principles and basic techniques of Ayurveda can be highly appreciated even in our time of a healthy lifestyle, since they have a direction to establish a spiritual balance, these principles are able to relieve nervous tension, and also have a beneficial effect on the human body and health in general.

Physical loads have a good effect on health, strengthen muscle tone, give the body and spirit vivacity. People, plants, animals - all this should cause your joy. Straighten your back, straighten your shoulders, so you let your body feel your invisible connection with the cosmos, with the whole universe, thereby charging yourself with positive energy. Feel your charm, sexuality, attractiveness. Any woman is pleased when men look at her. By the way, the fact that a woman is satisfied with herself, her appearance, her work, as anything else, sets her up for happiness and gives serenity. And still, if we are satisfied with our appearance, we have fewer health problems.

After each day of work, learn to devote time to your beloved. It is useful to walk around the park, breathe fresh air, distracting from work concerns. So you will establish spiritual ties with nature, inherent in us from birth. Take a walk in silence, reflect on your life, enjoy the sounds of nature. Such walks make the head clear, unnecessary thoughts go away. If there is absolutely no time for a walk in the park, then thoroughly ventilate the room before going to bed.

A special ritual, from the point of view of Ayurveda, is eating. Never combine your meal with other things: reading a book or watching TV shows. Eating is a kind of meditation. When you think about food, it brings more benefits to your body. Eat even the most basic dishes with pleasure, so they will benefit the body. Eat, if possible, correctly, so you keep your health and prolong your life, and even get rid of various diseases. Ayurveda does not accept food after the sun went down, because after sunset our body is already set to rest, and food at this time can negatively affect the quality of sleep.

Do all household chores with high spirits: clean up and at the same time dance, wash dishes and sing your favorite song, so the compilation will be faster and you will not get tired. Home troubles are not as tiring as you think, most importantly, go to doing household chores with fantasy. After all, even the usual change of bed linen can be turned into a kind of ritual to transform your life to a better, new, fresh.

Do not bring all your free time, passively relaxing by the TV, because the world is so rich in impressions! And if you just want to sit at home, it's better to occupy yourself with reading, embroidering, knitting - who likes what.

Go to bed, tune into a sound, healthy sleep: ventilate the room, pull tightly curtains, you can drink a cup of milk with honey, make yourself a foot massage - all this improves sleep.

An important basis for a healthy lifestyle in Indian philosophy is to go to bed at the same time - no later than midnight, and preferably at 11 o'clock, so as not to knock down the clockwork mechanism of your body. Then there will not be many health problems. Sleep best and more useful on the left side, so you are in the most favorable position.
