Career above all
Many women stopped dreaming about family and children, and focused on their careers. And the polls show that the family has not become less significant for them. They want to create it, but they can not always, because now the family has become fashionable to create with separate budgets or with a serious contribution of the wife to her prosperity. That's why many future moms spend the best years of their lives on career advancement. Love between a man and a woman became an optional attribute of a successful lady. And if a woman has a family and a child, then she often does not work to educate him, but to provide it financially, entrusting the child to grandmothers and nannies. It turns out that the woman in relationships with children began to behave like a man. And, by the way, this behavior is not always blamed by husbands. Even the opposite: now such a model of the family, where a woman earns on a par with a man, is considered the most prosperous.
Financial independence
More and more women prefer such relations between a man and a woman, in which she has financial and material independence. Some families even conduct separate budgets. The surveys of working women show that the career is still far from being the first place in the matter of vital values for them. Presence of children, friends, family seems more important to them than career ambitions. And the same women in the polls say that they are trying to reach the top in their careers for the sake of money, for the sake of being able to have financial independence.
Men were not needed as the main earner of "mammoths" for the beloved. And women pay for their independence with early heart disease, stress and earlier deaths. Among working women, there are more of those who are subject to bad habits (alcohol, smoking, workaholism), and the female nature strikes against such a situation by shortening the working woman's life.
Business has become more humane
Specialists who study the reasons for the large influx of women into business and management positions argue that this is the demand of the moment. For a long time business was the sphere of men's activity. But eventually it turned out that if there are no women in the management of the companies, such a company more often becomes a sect around the male creator and dies at the first fluctuations of the market. To withstand the onslaught of competitors and survive the crisis, business needs women's diplomacy and the ability to establish connections both in the team and with the outside world. Having been tempted by all the charms and advantages of women's management, business became more interested in the woman taking an active part in it. Alas, this also does not promote a good love relationship between a man and a woman. As we already noted above, men have not changed much over the last centuries. They, of course, do not mind that women have made it easier for them to take care of the maintenance of the family, but they will not give reciprocal courtesy. Men are slow to take on domestic problems. According to surveys, more than 80% of men consider work to be the most important thing in life. So there was no one to support the empty home from the care of a woman in her career. Therefore, modern relations between the sexes are overgrown with a sea of difficulties. The family values that collapse before our eyes and the cult of selfishness and desire for pleasure that has come to replace them does not contribute to a strong marriage. But a new type of relationship between a man and a woman gives good opportunities for self-development.
It must be said that all the changes in public values described above have not changed the nature of the sexes much. Men still prefer to live in the world of things, they are interested in subject areas of activity. And women are much more interested in the sphere of relations. In business, this division of labor and interests stands out very clearly. In the family, even more so: a working woman is the main source of a good or bad psychological atmosphere in the home. And the man is responsible for the device of life and material support for the family, for the time being more than a woman. Scientists predict that such a layout, formed by centuries, will continue to exist. So it is quite possible that women, having received an opportunity and equal rights with men in their careers, will return to the family hearth and reconsider their life values.
