The supermarket brand's diet is called "5+": it lasts five days and allows you to get rid of 5 extra pounds during this time. Having decided to follow it, do not forget about two important conditions: drink a glass of warm water half an hour before a meal and do not eat after six in the evening. The only exception is late sleep: for an hour before rest, allow yourself a light snack. They can become a baked apple with cinnamon, fat-free yogurt or whole-grain bread with avocado.

Diet Schiffer: the menu

  1. Breakfast. 100 g unsweetened yoghurt (ryazhenka) + 150 g fresh crushed fruits (except bananas, figs, raisins or grapes), 1 soft-boiled egg + black bread toast, 150 grams of oatmeal or 100 g of germinated wheat grains with a small amount of fruit or berries.
  2. Lunch. 150 g of berry smoothies or a cocktail of yogurt with berries.
  3. Dinner. 150 grams of low-fat cottage cheese with cinnamon or vanilla, toast with a slice of lean meat or fish, vegetables without vegetables (carrots, asparagus, zucchini).
  4. Dinner. 150 g fillets of poultry or fish + salad of boiled carrots, beans, cauliflower, bell pepper and herbs, seasoned with a mixture of olive juice and lemon.
All 5 days you should drink at least 2 liters of liquid - pure water and green tea: they will help to remove toxins from the body. If necessary, such a diet can last up to 14 days.

For a more effective diet, perform a simple exercise before breakfast. Squats, swings kicks back and forth, lunges and slopes will help you tighten the buttocks and the inside of the thighs, and exercises on the press from the prone position - get a beautiful waist and a flat stomach.
