1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Pour the baking sheet or large form with parchment paper. Beat butter and sugar with a mixer at medium speed until creamy consistency. 2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisk. 3. Mix the flour, soda and salt in a bowl. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring after each addition. 4. Add chocolate chips, gently mix and set aside. 5. Mix crushed straw with melted butter. 6. Lay the resulting mass on the bottom of the prepared form or tray, pressing it to the surface. Bake for 8 minutes. 7. Put the dough over the baked crust and flatten with a spatula. Bake for 20-24 minutes, turning the mold from time to time. 8. When the knife, inserted in the center, will leave clean, the cookie is ready. Allow the liver to cool, remove parchment paper and cut into 15 slices.
