From different overseas tiramisu, souffle and meringue, the bun is distinguished, like a ruddy young peasant woman from a skinny and pale, but elegant young lady, but to the taste and color, as is known ... In a word, lovers of yeast baking are enough among us, especially the children love it, but lovers of messing with this most yeast test is much less. However, it is only necessary to find a suitable recipe once and bake something like this, as any fear of this complicated matter disappears. One of these recipes is the recipe for "fast" buns with cinnamon - we are offering you. They are prepared quickly and simply, and even the inexperienced mistresses manage. Cinnamon rolls are an excellent addition to coffee for breakfast, and with a glass of milk or kefir they will become a full afternoon snack or dinner. If desired, you can add to the filling raisins or finely chopped apples, to give the bun another form. You can take them for a walk, give a child instead of a school breakfast. In any case, such homemade pastries are much tastier and more satisfying than any store "Barney" and "Chokopai".
Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 700 g
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
- Yeast, fresh, 50 g

- Step 11 Add plenty of sugar.
- Step 12 Then also sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Step 13 Cut the layer into a roll, try to fold the dough as tight as possible.
- Step 14 Cut the roll into portions - buns 3-4 cm thick, obtained from 1 serving of 12-13 pieces.
- Step 15 Lubricate the pan 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and put the buns at a distance of 2 cm from each other, give a distance of 15 minutes.
- Step 16 Bake in a preheated oven to 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes until rusty.
