- Eggs - 2 pieces
- White bread - 4 Slices
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon - - To taste
- Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- Grated cheese - 50 grams
- Butter - 1 Art. a spoon
Prepare the ingredients. Bread is better to use not the first freshness - too fresh will instantly be impregnated with an egg and will get wet, while the older one is the very thing. We break eggs into a bowl, add cinnamon and vanillin. There we add milk. Well mixed with a whisk. Melt butter in a frying pan. We dip well the slices of bread in the resulting mixture. Put the diced slices of bread in a pan with melted butter. Fry from both sides until golden. Sprinkle the toast with grated cheese - and your breakfast is ready! :)
