To prepare a kefir pie it is not necessary to buy a fresh fatty product - it is quite suitable and a slightly acidified yogurt, which is already "scary" to drink, and it is a pity to throw it away. Household savings have never been so delicious!

Fast pie on kefir

This recipe will become your savior, if suddenly the guests have come down or wanted something tasty and unusual. The most wonderful thing is that you can use for the preparation products that are constantly available in any refrigerator!

Necessary ingredients:

As a filling, you can use boiled potatoes with mushrooms and onions, chopped egg with greens, minced meat or mashed canned fish. Since the dough is unsweetened, it is better not to put jam or any other sweet stuff inside.

Cooking method:

  1. In a deep bowl, break the egg, gradually adding kefir, sour cream and mayonnaise.

  2. Salt the ingredients, pour out the soda or baking powder for the dough and, without stopping stirring, add the sifted flour.
  3. Knead dough without lumps to the consistency of thick sour cream (as for pancakes).

  4. Form the baking grease with sunflower oil, capturing not only the bottom, but also the skirts, put half the amount of dough.
  5. On top of the dough layer, lay out the previously prepared filling and pour the remaining kefir mixture.

  6. Bake in a preheated to 170ะก oven to a crispy crust.
  7. Leave the cake in the oven to cool slightly, cut and serve.

Kefir pie is best baked in silicone forms for baking. The dough turns out very tender with a crispy crust and just melts in the mouth!

Very easy and simple recipe for pie on kefir. For cooking, you can use apples, as shown in the photos, or put the favorite jam in the pie inside the pie! Dough for kefir pie is universal and suitable for any sweet treat.

  1. Eggs blend into a foam blender or a mixer, gradually pouring sugar into them.
  2. Without turning off the blender, add kefir.
  3. Add the baking powder and flour to the mixture. Knead the dough without lumps until the density of sour cream.
  4. The bottom of the baking dish should be greased with vegetable oil and put into slices of apples. Apples are pre-peeled and cut into thin slices 5 mm thick.
  5. Pour the fruit with a liquid batter and send it to the oven, preheated to 180C.
  6. Bake the cake on kefir for 30-35 minutes, checking the preparedness with a bamboo stick or toothpick.

If you want to bake a pie on kefir with jam, pour half the dough into a mold, then lay out the jam and "cover" with the remaining dough. In general, this recipe can be changed depending on what is in your refrigerator. So, apples can be replaced not only with jam, but with pear, strawberry, cherry or other berries. If you made a kefir pie with jam, it should be cooled for a bit longer than others, so that during a meal, do not burn yourself with hot stuffing.
