- flour - 1 cup

- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- softened butter - 1/2 cup
- sugar - 3/4 Cups

- softened cream cheese - 360 grams (filling)
- sugar - 1/2 cup (filling)
- Greek yogurt - 1/2 Cups (filling)
- egg - 1 Piece (stuffing)
- vanilla - 1/2 st. spoons (filling)

1. Stir the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Set aside. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix flour, soda and salt. Set aside. 2. Beat the butter and sugar together with a mixer. Stir with the egg. Add the creamy mass to the flour mix and mix thoroughly. 3. Put the dough in a greased baking dish with a spoon and smooth the surface. 4. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. 5. Then remove from the oven and prick with a fork. Allow to cool. 6. Prepare the filling. To do this, whip the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla and a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Beat thoroughly. 7. Pour the filling with a chilled crust, sprinkle with the remaining mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes. 8. Allow the cheesecake to cool for about an hour and a half to room temperature. Then place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Before serving, cut into cubes measuring 2.5 cm, periodically wiping the knife.
