Mini cheesecake with chocolate

1. Make a chocolate dough. Butter cut into pieces. Chop the bitter chocolate Ingredients: Instructions

1. Make a chocolate dough. Butter cut into pieces. Chop the bitter chocolate. Place the pan on the middle rack and heat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the square baking sheet. Melt butter and chopped bitter chocolate in a bowl over low heat, setting it over a large saucepan with boiling water. Remove from heat and beat with sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Add flour and whisk until smooth. 2. Pour the dough into a prepared baking sheet. Make a cream. Beat together all the ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Pour the cream over the chocolate dough, then use a knife or spatula to make the stains, creating a marbling effect. Sprinkle with chocolate chips on top. 3. Bake until the edges slightly swell, about 35 minutes. Cut into 16 squares and serve mini-cheesecakes warm or at room temperature. You can also cool the cakes before cutting to get a clean cut.
