Separate the proteins from the yolks, the proteins are poured into a bowl. Beat until soft peaks. We add yolks, lightly beat up to a foamy mass. Slowly whisking, gradually add sugar to the mixture. Leave a little sugar for the cream. The mixture should be slightly thickened. Fill the mixture with melted butter. Leave some oil to lubricate the mold. Gently mix. Continuing to mix, in small portions we introduce into the mixture flour, as well as salt and soda. The resultant dough is poured into a greased baking dish and sent to the oven, heated to 170 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. In the meantime, in a separate container, whisk all the three kinds of milk. We remove the finished cake from the oven, we puncture the fork over the entire surface area. Slowly and evenly, pour the cake with milk. Gradually the cake will begin to absorb the liquid.
