- sachet of yeast - 1 piece
- sugar - 1 teaspoon
- warm water - 2/3 Glass
- cheddar cheese - 1/2 cups
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
- flour - 1 2/3 Cups (+ extra for sprinkling)
- salt - 1/4 cup
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- egg - 1 piece
- sesame seeds - - To taste
- poppy - - To taste
Mix in a small bowl of yeast with sugar. Add 3 tablespoons of water and stir to dissolve the yeast. Leave for 5 minutes. Grate the cheddar cheese and parmesan on a medium grater (it is better to entrust this matter to adults). Mix the flour and yeast. Fill the flour in a large bowl and mix with salt. Make a hole in the center and add the oil and the yeast mixture. Prepare the dough. Add the remaining water and mix, knead the soft dough. Add a teaspoonful of water if the dough is still too dry. Put the dough on a floured surface and knead until a homogeneous mass is obtained - it will take about 10 minutes. Roll out the dough with an 8 inch circle. Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll in half. Another 1 fold the dough. Knead for 1-2 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll a ball out of each piece. Put the buns on a greased baking sheet, at a distance of 2 cm from each other and lightly press. Let the dough rise. It is necessary to cover the buns with a damp towel and leave in a warm place for 40-45 minutes. Turn on the oven on the 35th minute. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Smear the buns with egg using a brush. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Put in the oven. Bake until crispy.
