Ingredients:- Sorrel fresh 300 g
- Water 2.5 l
- Cucumber 2 pcs.
- Radish 100 g
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sour cream 200 g
- Salt 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For the preparation of the cold, let's take fresh sorrel, eggs, cucumber, radish, greens and sour cream.
- Step 2 Spinach thoroughly and thoroughly chop.
- Step 3 Put the sorrel in boiling water, boil for 7 minutes and then cool.
- Step 4 Wash the cucumbers, cut them in half, and then each halve thinly chop across.
