- cherries (fresh, frozen or canned) - 1 Kilogram
- dry wine - 750 milliliters
- sugar - 175-250 grams
- cinnamon - 1-2 pieces
- water - 250 milliliters
- Almond Essence - 1 teaspoon
- low-fat cream - 250 milliliters
- sour cream - 250 milliliters
Add cherries, wine, sugar and cinnamon to the saucepan with water. Boil and simmer on low heat for 25-30 minutes, until the berries are softened, then set aside and pour the almond essence.
