PRODUCTS :
- sorrel - 75 g
- spinach - 75 g
- potatoes boiled - 1 pc.
- onion green chopped - 2 tbsp. spoons
- cucumbers - 1 pc.
- dill - 3 sprigs
- Boiled egg - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- salt
READY :
Cut the potatoes and cucumbers into cubes.
Sorrel and spinach cut into strips and let in individually until ready, cool, rub through a sieve, mix with a glass of cold boiled water, add potatoes, cucumbers, onions, sugar, salt.
When serving, add sour cream, half of the egg, sprinkle with chopped dill.
