Products:

2 medium cabbage cabbage, 300 g carrots, 1 small onion, garlic head, red pepper.

Preparation:
2 medium cabbage cabbage, chop, rub a bit on a platter or a tray to preserve the juice.

300 g of carrots grate on a large grater, 1 small onion and a small head of garlic finely chopped, add a little red pepper. Stir, put all the vegetables in enamel or ceramic dishes, from above put the load. Leave it for 2-3 days.

If you serve cabbage on the same day, then it should be added a little vinegar, preferably apple.
