How to cook an unusual roll

  1. From the loaf cut the crust and pour the milk. Onion finely chopped.
  2. Prepare the pasta until ready on the recipe on the package and add a spoonful of vegetable oil (so that they do not stick together).
  3. In a bowl with minced meat, add onions, a loaf, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and egg and mix well. It is better to send it to stand in the refrigerator for twenty minutes, so that all the components are well connected.
  4. Take the food film and lay out on it minced meat in the form of a square. Cover it with another piece of film and roll with a rolling pin, so that the meat is not more than a half centimeters wide.
  5. Now we try the pasta for the future roll. Put one on the rolled forcemeat and make sure that it does not hang down and almost gets to the brim of the meat. If so, you can safely remove the top film and spread the spaghetti along the entire length of the meat. From the front and back, leave two centimeters of free space so that the pasta does not look out from under the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the resulting dish with grated cheese and start slowly wrapping. Each layer a little with your hands to put the dish tightly. As a result, you should get a large sausage.
  7. Form the baking grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle a little breadcrumbs.
  8. If desired, the roll can already be coated on a baking sheet with egg white and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Make a fork in several places punctures, then it does not burst when cooking.
  9. That's it. Place the meat in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
