In a separate bowl, use a whisk to mix the flour, ground cinnamon, cocoa and baking powder. 6. Gradually add the flour mix to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency is obtained. 7. Put the dough into a prepared cake pan. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool in the form for 10-15 minutes. Then remove from the mold and allow to cool completely on the rack. 8. Cut the cake into slices and serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
