We take a large bowl, sift flour there, add salt and baking powder. There we add chocolate and sugar. We mix everything thoroughly. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk and lemon zest. Mix the contents of the two bowls. Add a little vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly. We take a mold for muffins, fill our dough with it. Top with almond petals - and send it to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Done! Serve fresh :)
