You can prepare at home cleaning scrubs, from those products that are available in the house:

Cleansing honey mask
Let's melt two tablespoons of honey in a water bath. We will not bring honey to high temperatures, we will remove it from heat, let it cool down, and add a tablespoon of wheat bran and juice from half a lemon. The mask is suitable for rough and pimply skin. It brightens, nourishes and refreshes the skin, and due to the fact that it contains wheat bran, it has a regenerating effect.

Milky-oatmeal, soft scrub
Take 2 or 3 tablespoons oat flakes, grind them in a coffee grinder or in a blender. Add cream or milk there to make such a creamy mass. We will put it on clean and damp skin of neck and face, lightly massage. And in ten minutes we'll wash it off.

Cucumber Scrub
Grate the cucumber on a grater, then add to it a tablespoon of Herculean flakes or a tablespoon of oatmeal, let's brew for 20 minutes. Apply to the face in circular light movements for 5 to 7 minutes. Smoem scrub first warm, and then cool water.

Carrot-oatmeal scrub

Coffee-cottage cheese scrub

Salt scrub for body
