Almost for a whole year the popular project of the First Channel "The Republic's Property" turned out to be "frozen". From the very beginning, Yuri Nikolaev and Dmitry Shepelev started the transfer, which had high ratings throughout its existence.
After it became known about the serious illness of Dmitry Shepelev's civic wife, the presenter had to give up his usual work, to give more time to Jeanne Friske, who had a brain tumor progression. Dmitry desperately fought for the life of a beloved woman, going with her to the clinics where they were promised to help. Every chance, even the most ghostly one, was used. However, despite the fact that Shepelev did everything he could, it was not possible to defeat a dangerous disease.
The death of Joan was a huge blow to the presenter. Trying to escape from the curious sympathetic eyes, Shepelev together with the little Platon went all the summer to Bulgaria.
Dmitry returned to work only at the end of July, and only for one day - to conduct a preliminary draw of the 2018 World Cup in conjunction with the model Natalia Vodyanova. After that the presenter again went to Plato in Bulgaria.
The latest news turned out to be joyful for the fans of Dmitry Shepelev and the audience of the program "The Property of the Republic". The presenter returned to Moscow and, along with Yuri Nikolayev, began filming a new release of the popular project.
