Hair treatment with herbs

Problems with hair and scalp are familiar to many. Someone uses special shampoos, balsams, conditioners, someone does restorative masks, but very few people use herbs and decoctions to repair damaged hair. This article will tell you about the benefits of phytotherapy. It is based on personal experience.

Hair loss.

At present, hair loss is a problem that is actual for men and women, for the younger generation and for a more mature one.

Most of those who encounter this problem either try to hide it with the help of patches made from artificial hair and expensive and far-reaching build-up (now I'm talking about women, fortunately men with hair extensions have not yet been seen), or they try to save hair with chemical means: "Magic" shampoos, conditioners and masks from advertising, promising a magnificent mop of hair almost on the 3rd day of use. As for men, then the course is either cream and ointment, or a very coordinated solution, such as hair follicle transplantation.

As for the whole "chemistry" (restoring shampoos, masks, balms, creams, gels, etc.) I can say the following if this product is designed for economy or middle class, in most cases it is simply useless. If the price criterion it can be attributed to elite cosmetics, the effect will be, but exactly as much as you will use this tool. That is, if you have been rubbing the cream continuously for half a year and your hair has grown beautiful and healthy, and then decided to stop using this product, then with probability of 95% in 2-3 months your hair will start falling out again, and the result of using the cream will come off to no.

Why am I saying this with confidence? Because all this has already been tested by me. The fact is that by inheritance I got thin curly hair, and this type of hair is most prone to damage. Paint for hair, hair dryer, ironing did their job, and at 18 I stayed, as they say, with "3 hairs on my head." Here and there was a panic: the life only begins, and hair already is not present. In the course went restoring shampoos, masks, balms, creams, gels, ranging from 100 rubles to 4000, and as I said above, all this either did not bring any benefit, or only a temporary result was achieved.

At the next search for a hair salon, I happened to come across a page of a homeopath doctor (for the very uninitiated, this is a doctor who treats "gifts of nature": herbs, food supplements, etc.). This doctor argued that treating hair with herbs is the most effective way to restore them. I reacted to this information very skeptically (I never believed in the power of homeopathy), but I decided to try it out of despair. The next morning she visited the pharmacy, bought herbs, mixed them, poured them into wooden utensils (this is an obligatory condition for proper storage), and began to use it. Used as follows: 2 tablespoons of a mixture of herbs, poured a glass of boiling water and, with a lid, left for 20-30 minutes, then separated the herb from the broth and this broth rinsed the head after washing with shampoo (conditioner did not use). After the first use, a coagulated hair was formed on my head, which I could hardly comb out with great difficulty. So it was about another month of use. But I'm a stubborn person and try not to give up what I started halfway. On the third month of rinsing, I noticed improvements, and very significant: hair became silky, it was easier to comb, got a healthy shine, almost stopped breaking and falling out. But most importantly, I noticed on my head a so-called "hedgehog" of new hair. Hair bulbs, which for 2 years refused to function, have finally come to life!

Over time, damaged hair was cut and now I'm a happy owner of beautiful, and most importantly, really healthy hair.

Herbs for hair restoration.

What kind of herbs are these? I use the following herbs:

  1. linden (flowers);
  2. ayr (root);
  3. nettle (grass);
  4. plantain (grass);
  5. burdock (root);
  6. oak (bark);
  7. chamomile (flowers);
  8. sage (grass);
  9. hops (copulation, they are cones).

Of course, this is not the only version of the mixture of herbs for rinsing. Such mixtures can be made up of an unlimited amount, adding the right grass or vice versa cleaning. But for those who have never been engaged in the treatment of hair with herbs, I recommend starting a rinse with the variant of herbs suggested by me. Since it is aimed at improving the scalp and hair in all directions (this is dandruff, fatty roots, split ends, and hair loss) and has virtually no contraindications (EXCEPT ALLERGY!).

Concluding my story about hair salvage, I want to say this:

Herbs are not a panacea, and phytotherapy can not help you, because hair loss often happens only as a result of serious problems with internal organs.

If the health is okay, then everything is in your hands. Rinse with a decoction every time you wash your head and the result will be. Not immediately, but after a month, three or five, you will certainly feel the result. The main thing is not to give up and do not stop rinsing.

And something else, men usually do not want to engage in such "nonsense", preferring in 30-35 years to healthy hair, bald. So, girls, offer them their services in buying and preparing herbs. Phytotherapy is the path to healthy and beautiful hair. And believe me, men will appreciate your care and support in this, in a sense, delicate matter.
