Vegetarian salted pie There are many recipes for making pies. There are so many of them that, probably, in all life it is impossible to cook them all. Yes, and it is not necessary - it is enough to know how one pie is prepared and each time to create their own small masterpieces of baking. You can combine the ingredients for the filling from what you have in the fridge, change spices, while receiving a different end product and the joy of culinary creativity. I'm offering a vegetarian pie that can be the basis for your inspiration.
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 200 g
- Flour, corn 50 g
- Kefir 1 tbsp.
- Fresh ginger 1 tsp.
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Cheese hard 150 g
- Nutmeg 1 gr
- Ground coriander 1 g
- Grated oil 100 g
- Citric acid 3 g
- Soda 1 tsp.
- Black pepper powder 1 g
- Salt 10 g
- Step 1 For cooking, take wheat and corn flour, kefir, ginger, melted butter, tomatoes, sweet pepper, cheese, salt, soda, citric acid and spices.
