Home scrub from salt
To prepare a salt scrub, you need to take sea or table salt together with olive oil. Mix two tablespoons of oil with 2-3 tablespoons of salt. The mixture should be thoroughly mixed and rubbed into the roots of the hair with soft movements. After three to four minutes, rinse off the scrub with shampoo and rinse hair with a herbal infusion suitable for your hair.
Scrub with sensitive scalp
Such a scrub is recommended for those who have a scalp that is very sensitive. On the scalp scrub acts very gently, except this, and effectively cleaning it. Only perform the procedure quickly. 2 tablespoons of salt should be mixed with kefir or natural yoghurt. Prepared scrub should be tried to apply on the head quickly, and gently rub it for 2-3 minutes. The agent can be left for 15-20 minutes, and then wash it off with warm running water.
Scrub based on sea salt for the head
In a clean dish, place 2 tablespoons of sea salt and, taking a small amount of a pinch of it, massage the roots of the hair. Apply the scrub to wet hair. The procedure should last 7-10 minutes.
