Easy recipe for chocolate donuts in the oven

Mix in the bowl melted butter, room temperature milk and egg. If desired, add a little natural flavor - a pinch of vanilla, nutmeg or a spoonful of aromatic alcohol (liqueur, cognac)

  2. In the mixture, enter sugar, soda, baking powder and cocoa. Choose a quality cocoa with a rich taste - it affects the taste of ready-made donuts

  3. Then add the sifted flour in small portions, not forgetting to mix the dough with a mixer or shovel

  4. The dough should become dense and homogeneous - if necessary, add a little flour. Put the mass in a pastry bag or plastic bag and cut the corner

  5. Put the dough into donut forms for 2/3 of the volume. If there is no special shape, you can use the billets for the cupcakes or manually fold the rings onto the baking sheet lined with parchment

  6. Bake donuts in an oven, heated to 175 degrees, for 10 to 15 minutes. Check the skewers. Ready to dessert, allow to cool slightly and remove from molds

  7. Donuts can decorate with powdered sugar, pour melted chocolate, caramel, ganache or roll in sesame, crushed nuts, candied fruits or dried berries
