1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Weave the square shape of 12x12 cm aluminum foil. Lubricate the foil with oil and put the mold on a baking tray. Grind walnuts. Chop the bitter chocolate. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, mix the eggs and salt into a foam at medium speed.
