Ingredients:- Long grain rice 1 tbsp.
- Butter 25 g
- Brown sugar 1 tsp.
- Coriander dry 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
- Carnation 5 pcs.
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Water boiled 1.5 tbsp.
- Step 1 In a mortar mix: brown sugar, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, salt and crush well.
- Step 2 Put the butter in a saucepan, add spices and rice.
- Step 3 Fry the rice for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Step 4 Pour 1.5 cups of boiling water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook under a lid for 12 minutes. Then remove from heat and wrap in a blanket for 20-30 minutes.
