- orange marmalade - 150 Grams
- jelly for cake - 30 Grams
- sugar - 1 glass

- lemon juice - 2 items. spoons
- muesli - 200 Grams
1. Oil, sugar and muesli are mixed and transferred to a deep form, after which they are sent to the cold. Canned tangerines should be thrown in a colander, and then cook a special puree from them. 2. Curd is mixed with lemon juice and yogurt, whipped to a homogeneous mass and mixed with mandarin puree. The syrup, left from the tangerines, is beaten with jelly, brought to a boil and injected into the cream from the curd with yoghurt. 3. Fresh tangerines are cleaned. They are divided into lobules, 10 of which are deposited on the design, and the rest are added to the cream, which is smeared on the prepared cake. Everything is put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Decorate the cake with the remaining slices and marmalade.
