Potatoes with mushrooms Potatoes are very good with white mushrooms! Any dishes where these products are found are always tasty and satisfying, whether soups, salads or stews. In this form, potato with porcini mushrooms, and even under a thick vegetable tomato-pepper sauce, it turns out very tasty, fragrant. White mushrooms can be replaced with large mushrooms (although they, of course, do not equal white with their taste qualities), and cooking in the microwave oven can be safely replaced with baking in the oven!
Ingredients:- Mushrooms, white 400 g
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 1 tsp.
- Coriander dry 0.3 tsp.
- Sunflower unrefined oil 50 ml
- Pepper sweet 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes 4 pcs.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion 0.5 pcs.
- Potatoes 4 pcs.
- Water boiled 125 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation of potatoes with porcini mushrooms we will need the following products: ceps (I have one, very large), potatoes (I also have large potatoes), onions (half large or medium size), sweet red pepper, tomatoes , garlic, sunflower unrefined oil, salt, black ground pepper, coriander, paprika ground powder, boiled water.
- Step 2 Clean potatoes, cut into plates. Solim and pepper to taste.
- Step 3 White mushrooms washing, wipe paper towel and also cut into plates.
- Step 4 Put the potatoes and mushrooms in the baking dish, alternating the plates.
- Step 5 Clean the onion and garlic, my tomatoes, remove the peduncles, pepper and free from seeds and internal partitions. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
- Step 6 Add the chopped vegetables to the blender bowl. We pour in sunflower unrefined oil.
- Step 7 Whisk at high speed until smooth. Add coriander, paprika and black ground pepper, whisk again.
- Step 8 Pour the resulting sauce potatoes with mushrooms, level it, over the sauce evenly pour the water.
- Step 9 Prepare the potatoes in a microwave oven as follows: at a power of 800 W under the lid of 20 minutes and without a lid for another 20 minutes. Such potatoes with mushrooms can be baked in the oven, then at 180 C bake for about 20 minutes under foil and 20 minutes without foil. Serve potatoes with porcini mushrooms under a vegetable sauce in a hot form for lunch.
